Returns & Exchanges

At Intex Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and exchanges in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable.

  • Gift cards and downloadable products, if applicable.

How to Request a Return

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a replacement item will be shipped to you subject to product availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can investigate the issue and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a shipping mistake.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
